Ranked-choice Voting (RCV)

Most of Maine's Primary and General elections utilize ranked-choice voting, ensuring that the winning candidate has at least 50% of the vote. It's perhaps the most democratic way to vote, giving us much more choice at the ballot box. However, it's a pretty foreign concept to most and can be a bit confusing to grasp at first. Be sure to get a handle on it before casting your next vote!
